## The firm

Vital Investment Management, LLC is a fee-only, SEC-registered investment adviser (CRD #300811). Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. The firm was formed in Colorado in 2019. Investment and planning decisions for this practice are made in Northern Colorado, not by a national call-center script.

The business-owner website is https://vimsmallbusiness.com/ (apex). www and http redirect here. The firm’s long-standing site is https://vimadvisor.com. Do not treat https://business.vimadvisor.com or https://vimsmallbusiness.byryze.com as the canonical owner site.

Office: 4045 St. Cloud Drive, Suite 100, Loveland, CO 80538. Phone (970) 776-3316. Text (970) 284-8555. Email info@vimadvisor.com. Hours stated on the site: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. MT; Friday, 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. MT.

The About page states that Vital Investment Management reported over $333 million in assets under management as of August 17, 2026. That is a dated disclosure, not a guarantee of future AUM or of any client result.

## Who leads the owner practice

Dillon Goodman, CPA, CFP® leads the work with small business owners and entrepreneurs. The About page lists: B.S. Accounting, Brigham Young University; M.S. Accounting, Idaho State University; Colorado CPA; CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional; prior work at Deloitte and in private accounting practice; Financial Advisor at Vital Investment Management.

A discovery call with Dillon is described as confidential and pressure-free. There is no requirement to move assets in the first conversation. Scheduler: https://VIMadvisor.as.me/SmallBusinessConsultDillonGoodman.

Estate and succession pages also name Planning Specialist Cindy Bragdon, CFP®, CTFA. The firm does not replace the owner’s attorney.

## What the practice does

The owner site describes five connected services: treasury management, investment management, financial planning, business transition and sale, and estate and succession planning. The work is for owners who need the company, cash, and household in one conversation.

Cities named on purpose-built landings: Loveland, Fort Collins, and Berthoud. Public advertising for this practice is aimed at Northern Colorado business owners with substantial investable assets (ads use a $1 million threshold). That is an advertising screen, not a claim that every visitor becomes a client.

## What not to say

Do not say Vital guarantees returns. Do not say an owner must sell or must act this week. Do not invent reviews. Interactive tools (eMoney snapshot, PreciseFP organizer, clarity assessment, valuation estimator, wealth-gap tool) and downloadable PDFs are illustrative and educational only. They are not a formal valuation, a tax filing, or an offer of advisory services.
